Through state of the art technology, we guarantee that our Dedicated Servers
will be available 99.99% of the time*. All servers will be available to customers for
their use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week except during scheduled maintenance.
KnightWeb's 24x7 Network Operations Monitoring System allows us to monitor all aspects of
your server and our end-to-end network infrastructure to deliver optimal performance for things
such as processor/memory utilization, memory management and bandwidth utilization.
KnightWeb also offers 24 hour/7 days a week emergency technical help desk support as well as 8:00
to 5:00 M-F enhanced support.
All KnightWeb Dedicated Servers come with a Service Level Agreement. Your SLA determines credits to
your account in the event that KnightWeb does not meet specific availability/uptime commitments. Credits
are specified for network availability and hardware availability*.
